No. Usually only the glass is replaced: we measure, order the glass to size and fit it in your existing frame. If the broken glass is a risk, we can board it up temporarily until the new glass arrives.
Yes. If the Climalit mists up inside or is broken, the sealed double glazing unit is replaced and the window frame stays.
